THE HOUSE
Corran self catering is situated at West Shore Street, Ullapool close to The Point and commands stunning views of Loch Broom,
Altnaharrie and the mountains beyond.
The modest exterior of the house belies the spacious interior Immediately from the door is a coastal walk round the Point which leads to Ullapool River or stroll along the street to the
picturesque harbour only a short walk from the house, and if you do not wish to cook you can walk to the local restaurants, cafes
and pubs nearby or browse the craft shops in the village.

THE VIEW
Sit on the bench outside the spacious waterside holiday home and watch the ferry return from Stornoway, so close you feel you could touch it!
There is private parking on the grass opposite Corran and just below is the perfect launch point for kayaks and dingies. This coast is ideal
kayaking ground and the house offers space for 6 people to share and come home to relax. The coast is noted for seals and
they are frequently spotted popping a head out to check the visitors, porpoise and dolphins are visitors in the summer too.

THE SUN LOUNGE
Streaming with light the sun lounge opens onto the sunny, secluded, sheltered garden. A versatile room to just sit or great for reading, painting, simply relaxing or even airing the washing!

Corran is furnished in a comfortable cottage chic style, the cosy sitting room has two sofas, decorative pitcures and views of the loch.

THE KITCHEN
Well equipped stylish country kitchen with breakfast bar and stools for lazy breakfasts
gazing to the mountains, along the corridor the utility room containing boiler and washing machine leading to a sizable rear hallway, an ideal location for coats, walking boots and flip-flops.

THE FOYER
Entering Corran through the front door the roomy foyer with attractive open plan staircase to the first floor has doors leading to the sitting and
dining rooms with ample storage space under the stairs.
Situated at the front of the house again with the lovely loch views is the dining room with large table, desk and bookcase.

Conveniently on the ground floor there is a bedroom and large tiled bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.
The teal twin bedroom looks out to the bright garden and being situated near the bathroom would be ideal for guests who have difficulty with stairs.
Upstairs the spacious double and twin bedrooms have ample storage and look over Loch Broom with
uninterupted veiws of the sea loch.

DIRECTIONS
The cottage is situated near the end of West Shore Street, Ullapool. From Inverness follow the A835 to Ullapool,
when you arrive at the village turn left into Shore Street (this follows the sea shore). Continue past the harbour
and ferry port for 500 meters and Corran is on the right.
