With Ullapool Hill to the rear of the property providing splendid walks and views over the village to the sea loch and the Summer Isles.
Ullapool River is a babbling rocky river 200 metres walk with lovely strolls along the banks to Loch Broom, for golfing enthusiasts there is an exceptionally picturesque nine-hole course close by.

Rossal is built alongside the hill giving 4 interesting levels and lots of character, there are 4 bedrooms which can accommodate 7 persons - 2 doubles, 1 twin room and 1 single. The stunning black themed bedroom has an ensuite shower room; there is also a family bathroom with bath and electric shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen is a spacious New York themed, well equipped space with a dining area and utility room. The airy lounge and drawing rooms are on the lower ground level with windows facing west. There is a football table game on the large landing to keep children and 'young at heart' enterained! Rossal has a wealth of character and interesting nooks and crannies.

On the entrance level there is a large kitchen with dining area, with windows to the front and rear gardens, the kitchen is well appointed and fully equipped, off the kitchen is a utility area with washing machine.

is on the lower ground floor and is contemporary, light with views over the garden, it's extremely comfortable with new sofa and armchairs, a feature fireplace and wood burner adds an extra touch of comfort for cooler evenings. The flat screen television and DVD provide entertainment and recreation - a great place for leisure after a day exploring the village
Drawing Room
The lounge leads through to the drawing room which faces south west. It is light and airy and an ideal place for the children to play games, or a place to relax on the comfy sofa to peacefully read.

Both bedrooms are very comfortable, have good storage space and views towards Lochbroom.

Rossal is situated on the north side of the village, approaching Ullapool continue on the A835 heading North, take the 6th road on the right leading to Broomhill. After 10 meters turn right, Rossal is the first white house on the right.
