The accomodation is on two floors, on the entrance level the large hall leads to the bedrooms, family bathroom and a toilet. Stairs down one level take you to the open plan kitchen / diner and lounge area.

The main room downstairs is open plan bright and sunny, equipped for modern living with a comfortable deep leather sofa, large flat screen TV with DVD and video, a modern electric effect stove, and seating by the patio doors looking toward the hills and lochs. There are books to read and games for playing.
The kitchen / diner is spacious & contemporary, fully equipped with a sunny outlook to the garden and views beyond.

On the entrance level there are two bedrooms beautifully presented and colour co-ordinated. There is a double room overlooking the garden
and a triple room, which has a stylish wooden double bed with a single bunk over looking to Ullapool hill. A great den for children or adults alike!

On this floor there is a nicely tiled family bathroom comprising toilet, wash basin and bath with electric shower over.
There is also another separate toilet.
The garden grounds are fenced to the front and side (dog owners please note the garden is safe but not fully enclosed).
The outside seating and table in the attractive garden are ideal for alfresco dining and barbeques.

There is direct access to Ullapool hill for walkers or those with dogs, the hill offers stunning views of the whitewashed houses in the village, sweeping harbour, majestic mountains and islands. The paths meander along the sloping hillside for many miles to Rhiddoroch a striking Scottish estate to explore where there are plenty of mountains to choose from for the committed hill walkers and climbers.

From the house and garden there are wonderful views of the ferry sailing between Ullapool and the Island of Lewis and across the loch is a mountain from which Sail Mhor takes its name.
