The Yellow House

Entering the open plan living space you are struck by the vaulted ceiling, stone floor, arched window, warmth and quietness, the feel of walking into a beautifully decorated church comes to mind.

Six roof velux windows set in the painted wooden ceiling flood the space with light, while the kilim sofa and tapestry cushions, handmade rug, chaise lounge and antique chair add eye-catching pieces of furniture. The Yellow House is heated by a ground source heat pump which uses the natural energy stored in the earth, for additional warmth there is an attractive bright red woodburner with natural slate hearth. A door to the balcony gives views to Loch Broom and the hills beyond, steps lead to the courtyard and garden with access to car parking.

Kitchen THE KITCHEN Hand made bespoke wooden kitchen units in soft Farrow and Ball paint contrast against the deep red walls, the island unit with wooden surface adds additional worktop. When not eating out at the restaurant close by, consealed in the cupboards are everything you require to make meals. It may take time to prepare dinner as its easy to be distracted with the view from the kitchen window!

	Both bedrooms are on the lower ground floor. The expansive double room with luxury linen, restful bed, oak floor and rug plus glass doors to the courtyard creates a delightful space for relaxing. Meander to the outside bench with book and coffee in your p.j's!

Equally charming is the spacious twin room again with luxury linen, ample storage space, original arts and a view of the colourful garden.

Spacious shower room SHOWER ROOMS Sumptuous, stylish and spacious sums up the two splendid shower rooms. Situated on each floor and both having walk in showers with powerful performance ensures you can immerse yourself after a day exploring the hills, then wrap up in a big soft fluffy towel.
