In Government introduce lockdown restrictions which affects the holiday home or your location, you can request a change of date or receive a refund, less a £30 administration fee.
If you are required to self isolate we will aim to work with you to offer a rescheduled booking date, the holiday must be taken within 12 months and will be at the advertised rates. We may request evidence.
If you decide to cancel your holiday as you do not wish to travel our normal T&C’s will apply.
With the additional cleaning requirements that housekeepers are undertaking, your check-in and check-out times may have changed - please check your latest communications from us for the most up to date times.
During Your Stay
Remove shoes, we suggest you bring indoor footwear / slippers.
Wear a face mask where required, bring hand sanitizer with you and if you wish any additional antiviral cleaning products you wish to use.
Returning to the property after a day out
Wash your hands for 20 seconds – every time you come back to the property.
You are not permitted to invite additional guests back to the property.
When you depart
We require you to strip your used beds when you leave:
Return keys to the key safe or specified place.

Cleaning and disinfection protocols have been passed to all housekeepers. We will send a pre occupancy agreement to all guests, pre-arrival, to help keep everyone informed and safe.
We’re flexible and helpful if you need to change your plans if you can't holiday due to Covid-19.
