wildlife. Set in rural surrounds within a short drive of Ullapool and Ardmair Beach with walks from
your door to the old Pictish fort at Dun Canna or a climb up Ben Mhor Coigach for amazing
Welcoming light filled spacious living room, comfy leather sofa and chairs with a wood burning stove in
a beautiful original stone fireplace. Sliding doors open to the garden and lead to the barn where the
utility items are kept, this lockable area is also available to guests to store cycles or motorbikes
The old church pew priests chair in the kitchen is a great place to sit for a view to the sitting room
and sun porch while being in the hub of the well equipped kitchen. With a Rangemaster oven and hob,
butlers sink, granite worktops and dining table you can prepare dinner then wander through to the sun
porch to relax with a glass of wine and take in the evening light. Outside the sunporch is a compact
decked area and outside seating.
Follow the tartan carpet to the landing, where the family bathroom is located then continue up to the
first floor for the 3 bedrooms. The double bedrooms are both streamed with light from the velux windows
and offer views to the mountains and river. The single bedroom is a cosy and small, comfy and light, the
cottage sleeps 4 guests in 3 bedrooms.
In the large sheltered garden a surprise waits you - the summerhouse has another view of the river and
wildlife, sit in a comfy leather chair by the woodburner, relax and just watch.
