This cosy cottage in a spectacular location by the beach with views wherever you look, from the sitting
room, relax and watch the Ullapool to Stornoway Ferry sail past the front door! Walk to The Point and
look out for the fishing boats coming home or sit and observe sunsets over The Summer Isles.
Named after a mountain located on Rhum, Hallival rises 722 metres above sea level and is one of the
highest mountains on the island; this well-equipped cottage has the highest standards too.
The homely sitting room with sofa and armchairs leads to the open plan dining area and kitchen, which
is fully fitted and very well equipped with utensils and crockery; enjoy the view while making the
dinner!
Hallival wakes up to the morning sun, the double bedroom has a door that opens onto a small balcony, a
good place to go with a coffee. The afternoon rays are thrown over the rear garden with patio area,
garden table and chairs.
Hallival is within walking distance of Ullapool's shops, restaurants and craft shops and ideally
situated for exploring the vibrant village or taking a boat trip, sail from the harbour and take a day
trip to the Isle of Lewis.
The cottage is entered through an archway to private parking and lovely garden, the garden is shared
with Askival. You may launch your kayak from the beach in front of the cottage and when not on the
water these can be bought back to the garden.
There is always something to observe in the bay, seals and seabirds, sailing boats or the local skiff
team rowing. Watch the world go by.. slowly.. sit on the bench and enjoy.
For the comfort of guests who may have allergies we are sorry but we do not accept dogs at this holiday

Hallival will have you coming back time and again.
