Number One is a detached holiday home located in a lovely garden. Entering this holiday cottage
and it comes into its own; you will immediately be surprised at how spacious this Ullapool
self-catering accommodation is!
To your left the large lounge with comfy sofa and chairs, wooden floor and a stunning contemporary wood
burner is just the place plan your day. As you move through the downstairs space, you’ll find the dining
area and bright modern well equipped kitchen with plenty of work space. The kitchen table is ideal for a
quick breakfast or a place to sit with a glass of wine chatting with friends as you prepare dinner. The
kitchen can be open plan as it’s adjacent to the dining area, but if you wish you can close the
concealed doors to make a cosy dining room.
French doors open from the dining area onto the covered decking and mature garden, there is outside
seating to retreat to after dinner. Light the fire basket and enjoy the long summer evenings or wrap up
and watch the amazing dark sky in winter. The garden has a side gate between the front and rear garden,
this keeps the rear garden enclosed for your child or dog. Outdoor seating is provided so you can enjoy
the setting to its fullest and dine alfresco on a sunny day too. It’s easy to pass time here doing
nothing but marvelling at the wonderful Scottish scenery you’ve enjoyed on your travels.
Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms - a double and twin and a well-appointed spacious shower room
with large walk in shower unit, basin and toilet.
If you need to catch up on emails or post your holiday photos to social media, the study with table and
chair is just the spot to sit quietly. Or the study can be multi-purpose if you use the TV and bean bag
gaming chair and challenge the family to a game?
A staircase leads to the upstairs hall. There the main king bedroom on the right, a spacious room with
lots of storage space and garden views through the Velux window. A shower room just down the hall has a
shower, basin and toilet.
From the outside decked area you’ll find the utility room within the garage, with sink, washing
machine, tumble dryer and hanging area for drying clothes this also provides another great space for any
walking and hiking gear. In front or the garage and on the drive there is ample parking space for two or
more cars.
With so much to see and do nearby, Number One will provide you with happy
memories for years to come.
